แบบฟอร์มการยินยอมของ Agrigen Tech
แบบฟอร์มยินยอมนี้ เป็นการสรุปข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขสำหรับการใช้บริการและการให้บริการของแอปพลิเคชัน Agrigen ซึ่งเป็นเว็บและแพลตฟอร์มแอปพลิเคชันที่ให้บริการโดย บริษัท อะกริเจน เทค จำกัด (Agrigen Tech Co.,LTD.) โดยการติดตั้งและใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน Agrigen แสดงว่าคุณ ("ผู้ใช้" หรือ "คุณ") ยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ในแบบฟอร์มนี้
นิยาม
1.1. การแจ้งเตือนอัตโนมัติ (Message Alert) หมายถึงข้อความแจ้งเตือนผ่านแอปพลิเคชันเกี่ยวกับการทำรายการหรือความแคลื่อนไหวต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรายการทางการเงิน หรือข้อมูลอื่นใด
1.2. ข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง หมายถึง ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ Agrigen ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของบริการแต่ละประเภทที่บริษัท อะกริเจน เทค จำกัด ให้บริการผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน และ/หรือขั้นตอนรายละเอียดของบริการ Agrigen ไม่ว่าจะปรากฏในแอปพลิเคชัน และ/หรือเว็ปไซต์ รวมถึงที่ได้แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม (ถ้ามี)
1.3. เครื่องมือทำรายการ หมายถึง เครื่องมืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อการติดต่อสื่อสาร ไม่ว่าจะเป็น โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ แท็บเล็ต หรือเครื่องมือใด ๆ ที่มีการเชื่อมต่อเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตหรือเครือข่ายสื่อสารอื่นใด ซึ่งดาวน์โหลดและติดตั้งแอปพลิชันแล้ว
1.4.บริการ Agrigen บริการของ Agrigen แพลตฟอร์มการบริหารจัดการเพื่อการเชื่อมโยงและการสื่อสารแบ่งปันข้อมูลระหว่างเกษตรกรโคนมและสหกรณ์โคนม เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถทำรายการต่าง ๆ ได้ตามที่บริษัท อะกริเจน เทค จำกัด กำหนด
1.5.ชื่อผู้ใช้งาน (Username) หมายถึง ชื่อผู้ใช้ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ระบุตัวตนของผู้ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์ หรือแอพพลิเคชั่น
1.6.รหัสผ่าน (Password) หมายถึง สายอักขระหรือคำที่เป็นความลับ ที่ใช้สำหรับยืนยันตัว พิสูจน์ความเป็นเจ้าของ หรือเข้าถึงแหล่งข้อมูล ซึ่งเป็นรหัสส่วนบุคคลที่ผู้ใช้บริการตั้งค่าไว้บนแอปพลิเคชันหรือเว็ปไซต์ ไม่ว่าจะเรียกในชื่อใด
1.7.เว็บไซต์ หมายถึง ชื่อเว็ปหรือที่อยู่เว็บไซต์ของบริษัท อะกริเจน เทค จำกัด ภายใต้ชื่อเว็บไซต์ https://agrigentech.wixsite.com/agrigen และ/ชื่ออื่นใดที่บริษัทจะกำหนดและแจ้งให้ผู้ใช้บริการทราบล่วงหน้า
1.8.แอปพลิเคชัน หมายถึง ซอฟท์แวร์หรือโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่บริษัทใช้เพื่อให้บริการแก่ผู้ใช้บริการผ่านเครื่องมือทำรายการในชื่อ Agrigen หรือชื่ออื่นใดที่บริษัทอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงในภายหลัง
1.9. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หมายถึง ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบุคคลธรรมดา ซึ่งทำให้สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลนั้นได้ไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม แต่ไม่รวมถึงข้อมูลของผู้ถึงแก่กรรมโดยเฉพาะ
1.10.ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงให้บริษัทเก็บรวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูลของผู้ใช้ ที่ผู้ใช้บริการได้ให้ไว้แก่บริษัท โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการให้บริการแก่ผู้ใช้บริการ
1.11.ผู้ใช้บริการรับรองว่า บรรดาเอกสาร ข้อมูลรายละเอียดใด ๆ ของผู้ใช้บริการที่ได้ให้ไว้แก่ผู้ให้บริการไม่ว่าจะเป็นข้อมูลในรูปแบบใดก็ตาม เป็นข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบันที่บริษัทสามารถนำมาใช้ในการให้บริการและนำมาปรับปรุงในระบบข้อมูลของบริษัทให้เป็นปัจจุบันได้
1.12.ผู้ใช้บริการอาจแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลที่ให้ไว้กับบริษัทสำหรับบริการ Agrigen ได้โดยแจ้งบริษัทให้ทราบเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร หรือวิธีการอื่นตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
การเข้าใช้บริการแอปพลิเคชัน Agrigen
1.ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถเข้าใช้บริการ Agrigen ผ่านเครื่องมือทำรายการได้ในขณะใดขณะหนึ่งครั้งละ 1 เครื่อง หากมีการเปลี่ยนเครื่องมือทำรายการผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องลงทะเบียนเปิดใช้แอปพลิเคชันใหม่ตามขั้นตอนที่แจ้งไว้ในเว็บไซต์หรือที่ปรากฏในแอปพลิเคชันในระหว่างเข้าใช้แอปพลิเคชัน ผู้ใช้บริการจะไม่ละทิ้งเครื่องมือทำรายการ และไม่ให้เครื่องมือทำรายการตกอยู่ในบุคคลอื่น รวมถึงจะออกจากระบบ (Log out) ทุกครั้งเมื่อใช้งานเสร็จ
2.ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงยอมรับว่าเมื่อมีการเข้าใช้บริการ Agrigen ด้วยการใส่รหัสผ่านและปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนดไว้ในแอปพลิเคชันครบถ้วนแล้วให้ถือว่าการใช้บริการ Agrigen โดยผู้ใช้บริการเอง และมีผลให้ผู้ใช้บริการต้องผูกพันและรับผิดชอบทุกประการ โดยไม่ต้องลงนามในเอกสารใด ๆ ซึ่งผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องทำการตรวจสอบข้อมูลความถูกต้องหรือความครบถ้วนของการทำรายการใด ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการบันทึก ส่งต่อ และ/หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือเป็นส่วนได้ส่วนเสียของตัวผู้ใช้บริการที่ผู้บริการได้ทำไปแล้ว บริษัทไม่ต้องตรวจสอบความถูกต้องหรือความครบถ้วนของข้อมูล รวมถึงรายละเอียดอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบใด ๆ หากเกิดความเสียหายจากการใช้บริการดังกล่าวที่เกิดขึ้นจากความผิดพลาดของผู้ใช้บริการ
3.หากมีการเข้าใช้บริการ Agrigen ด้วยการใส่รหัสผ่านและปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนดไว้ในแอปพลิเคชัน ไม่ว่าจะกระทำโดยบุคคลอื่นใดและผู้ใช้บริการจะได้ยินยอมหรือไม่ก็ตาม ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงยินยอมผูกพันต่อธุรกรรมใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้การกระทำดังกล่าวเช่นเดียวกันกับที่กำหนดไว้ในวรรคแรกทุกประการ โดยผู้ใช้บริการจะไม่อ้างเหตุหรือยกข้อต่อสู้ใด ๆ ขึ้นโต้แย้งเพื่อปฏิเสธความรับผิดชอบต่อ บริษัท อะ กริเจน เทคจำกัด หรือบุคคลอื่น
4.ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถสมัครใช้บริการ Agrigen ได้ตามช่องทางที่บริษัทกำหนด ทั้งนี้ เพื่อความปลอดภัยในการเปิดใช้บริการ ผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องรับรองว่า ผู้ใช้บริการเป็นผู้มีสิทธิครอบครองหมายเลขโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ ที่ผู้ใช้บริการนำมาสมัครใช้บริการโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย และยินยอมให้ผู้ให้บริการระบบเครือข่ายโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่เปิดเผยและส่งหมายเลขโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ดังกล่าวมายังบริษัท เพื่อให้บริษัทใช้ตรวจสอบยืนยันตัวตนผู้ใช้บริการในขั้นตอนการเปิดใช้บริการ
5.ผู้ใช้บริการต้องเก็บรักษารหัสยืนยันเข้าใช้งานและรหัสผ่านไว้ในที่ปลอดภัยและระมัดระวังมิให้บุคคลอื่นได้ล่วงรู้ รวมถึงรักษาไว้เป็นความลับเฉพาะตัวของผู้ใช้บริการเท่านั้น การเปิดเผยหรือยินยอมหรือมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อมหรือประมาทเลินเล่อจนทำให้บุคคลอื่นล่วงรู้รหัสดังกล่าวไม่ว่าจะด้วยวิธีใด ๆ ให้ถือเป็นการปฏิบัติผิดข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง และหากเกิดความเสียหายใด ๆ ผู้ใช้บริการต้องรับผิดชอบในความเสียหายนั้น ๆ ทั้งนี้ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงรหัสผ่านด้วยตนเองตามวิธีที่กำหนดไว้ในแอปพลิเคชัน
6.กรณีที่รหัสผ่านหรือเครื่องมือการทำรายการของผู้ใช้บริการชำรุดเสียหายหรือถูกโจรกรรมผู้ใช้บริการจะต้องแจ้งให้บริษัททราบทันทีที่หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ 061-741-9371 หรือหมายเลขอื่นใดตามที่บริษัทได้แจ้งให้ผู้ใช้บริการทราบตามข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้บริษัทยกเลิกการใช้บริการ Agrigen
7.ผู้ใช้บริการรับรองว่าข้อมูลรูปภาพสัญลักษณ์หรือเครื่องหมายใดใดที่ผู้ใช้บริการนำเข้ามาหรือนำมาแสดงไว้ในแอพพลิเคชั่นหรือส่งผ่านบริการใดใดภายใต้บริการ Agrigen เป็นของผู้ใช้บริการหรือผู้ใช้บริการมีสิทธิโดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายและไม่ขัดหรือแย้งหรือฝ่าฝืน กฎหมายความสงบเรียบร้อยหรือศีลและทำอันดีของประชาชน โดยผู้ใช้บริการเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบแต่เพียงผู้เดียวในความเสียหายทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นไม่ว่าความเสียหายนั้นจะเกิดขึ้นกับบริษัทหรือบุคคลภายนอกก็ตามซึ่งบริษัทไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบในการละเมิดสิทธิในการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาลิขสิทธิ์ โลโก้ ชื่อทางการค้า และหรือเครื่องหมายบริการของบุคคลใด
8.ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงยอมรับว่า บริษัทเป็นเพียงผู้ใช้บริการ Agrigen เพื่ออำนายความสะดวกแก่ผู้ใช้บริการเท่านั้น โดยบริษัทไม่มีส่วนรับผิดชอบ เข้าร่วม หรือดำเนินการอื่นใดกับบุคคลอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ใช้บริการภายใต้บริการ Agrigen ไม่ว่าทางตรงหรืออ้อม หากผู้ใช้บริการมีข้อพิพาท ข้อต่อสู้/และหรือการเรียกร้องสิทธิใด ๆ ระหว่างกันแล้ว ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงจะไปดำเนินการว่ากล่าว เรียกร้อง หรือต่อสู้กับบุคคลอื่นนั้นด้วยตนเอง
9.บริษัทตกลงรับผิดชอบต่อผู้ใช้บริการในกรณีที่บริษัทฝ่าฝืนคำสั่งหรือละเว้นการปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของผู้ใช้บริการจนก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อผู้ใช้บริการ
การรวบรวมและการใช้ข้อมูล
1.1. Agrigen tech อาจรวบรวมและจัดเก็บข้อมูลประเภทต่อไปนี้:
- ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล: ชื่อ รายละเอียดการติดต่อ สถานที่ และรายละเอียดอื่นๆ ที่ผู้ใช้ได้ให้ไว้หรือลงทะเบียนไว้
- ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฟาร์ม: ข้อมูลปริมาณการรับและการส่งน้ำนมดิบรวมไปถึงข้อมูลสรุปปริมาณการรับส่งน้ำนมดิบ ข้อมูลทางการเงินและการบัญชี (รายได้และค่าใช้จ่าย) เช่น ข้อมูลสัญญาเงินกู้ ข้อมูลเงินออมทรัพย์ ข้อมูลทุนเรือนหุ้น เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ยังรวมไปถึงรายละเอียดตำแหน่งของฟาร์ม รูปภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฟาร์มและผู้ใช้งาน และการเข้าถึงตำแหน่งที่ตั้งของฟาร์ม
1.2. ข้อมูลที่รวบรวมจะใช้เพื่อ:
- อำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดการฟาร์มและกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องระหว่างเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงโคนมและสหกรณ์โคนม
-เปิดใช้งานการสื่อสารและการแบ่งปันข้อมูลระหว่างเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงโคนมและสหกรณ์โคนม เพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการบริหารจัดการและการเข้าให้ความช่วยเหลือจากหน่วยสัตวบาล สัตวแพทย์ของสหกรณ์โคนม และเพื่อให้เกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงโคนมง่ายต่อการลริหารจัดการฟาร์มของตน
-เพื่อปรับปรุงและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของผลิตภัณฑ์และการให้บริการของบริษัท อะกริเจน เทค กัด (Agrigen Tech Co.,LTD.)
2.1. บริษัท อะกริเจน เทค จำกัด (Agrigen Tech Co.,LTD.) จะทำการปกป้องด้านของความปลอดภัยและข้อมูลที่ถูกเก็บรวบรวมในแอปพลิเคชัน Agrigen เป็นอย่างดี โดยจะไม่มีการเปิดเผยข้อมูลของผู้ใช้งานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ใช้งาน
2.2. เรามีมาตรการในการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอย่างเหมาะสม ทั้งในเชิงเทคนิคและการบริหารจัดการ เพื่อป้องกันมิให้ข้อมูลสูญหาย หรือมีการเข้าถึง ทำลาย ใช้ เปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับนโยบายและแนวปฏิบัติด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศ (Information Security Policy) ของเรา นอกจากนี้ เราได้กำหนดให้มีนโยบายการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลขึ้นโดยประกาศให้ทราบกันโดยทั่วทั้งองค์กร พร้อมแนวทางปฏิบัติเพื่อให้เกิดความมั่นคงปลอดภัยในการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โดยธำรงไว้ซึ่งความเป็นความลับ (Confidentiality) ความถูกต้องครบถ้วน (Integrity) และสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน (Availability) ของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โดยเราได้จัดให้มีการทบทวนนโยบายดังกล่าวรวมถึงประกาศนี้ในระยะเวลาตามที่เหมาะสม
การแบ่งปันข้อมูล
3.1. Agrigen tech อาจแบ่งปันข้อมูลที่รวบรวมได้ในสถานการณ์ต่อไปนี้:
- มีการแบ่งปันข้อมูลระหว่างผู้ใช้งาน (เกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงโคนมและสหกรณ์โคนม) เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกัน
- อาจมีการแบ่งปันข้อมูลกับผู้ให้บริการบุคคลที่สามที่ได้รับอนุญาตซึ่งช่วยเหลือในการดำเนินงานและบำรุงรักษาแอปพลิเคชัน Agrigen

3.2. บริษัท อะกริเจน เทค จำกัด (Agrigen Tech Co.,LTD.) จะไม่ขาย ให้เช่า หรือให้เช่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณแก่บุคคลที่สามโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ใช้งาน
ความยินยอมและการถอน
4.1. การติดตั้งและใช้แอปพลิเคชัน Agrigen แสดงว่าคุณยินยอมให้มีการรวบรวม จัดเก็บ และใช้งานข้อมูลตามที่ระบุไว้ในแบบฟอร์มนี้
4.2. คุณมีสิทธิ์ที่จะถอนความยินยอมของคุณได้ตลอดเวลาโดยถอนการติดตั้งแอปพลิเคชัน Agrigen และหยุดการใช้งาน อย่างไรก็ตาม โปรดทราบว่าการเพิกถอนความยินยอมอาจจำกัดหรือส่งผลกระทบต่อการทำงานและคุณสมบัติที่มีให้ผู้ใช้งาน
การอัปเดตและการเปลี่ยนแปลง

This Consent Form outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the service and the provision of the Agrigen application, a web and application platform provided by Agrigen Tech Co., Ltd. By installing and using the Agrigen application, you (referred to as "User" or "You") agree to the terms and conditions stated in this form.
1.1. "Message Alert" refers to notifications sent through the application regarding financial transactions or other relevant information.
1.2. "Related Terms" refers to the terms and conditions of using Agrigen services, including the terms and conditions specific to each type of service provided by Agrigen through the application, as well as any additional amendments or modifications.
1.3. "Transaction Tools" refers to electronic devices used for communication, such as mobile phones, tablets, or any other devices connected to the internet or other communication networks, on which the application is downloaded and installed.
1.4. Agrigen Service: Agrigen is a management platform that facilitates communication and data sharing between dairy farmers and dairy cooperatives, allowing users to perform various transactions as determined by Agrigen Technologies Ltd.
1.5. Username refers to the name of the user, which is the identity of the user of a website or application.
1.6. Password refers to a secret string of characters or words used to authenticate and prove ownership or access to data. It is a personal code set by the user on the application or website, regardless of the name it is called.
1.7. Website refers to the name or web address of the company's website, under the website name https://agrigentech.wixsite.com/agrigen or any other name specified and notified in advance by the company to the users.
1.8. Application refers to computer software or programs used by the company to provide services to users through transactional tools under the name Agrigen or any other name that the company may change in the future.
1.9. Personal data refers to information about an individual that can directly or indirectly identify that person, but does not include data about deceased individuals.
1.10. The user agrees to allow the company to collect and use the user's data provided to the company, with the objective of providing services to the user.
1.11. The user certifies that all documents and details provided to the service provider, regardless of the format, are accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and can be used by the company to provide services and update the company's data system.
1.12. The user may modify or change the data provided to Agrigen by notifying the company in writing or by any other method specified by the company.
Using the Agrigen application service:
1. Users can access the Agrigen service through the transaction tools at any time. However, only one device can be used at a time. If there is a change of device, the user must register and open a new application according to the instructions provided on the website or in the application itself. Users should not leave the transaction tool unattended or allow others to access it. Additionally, users should always log out after completing their transactions.
2. Users agree that when accessing the Agrigen service, by entering their password and following the specified steps in the application, they are responsible for using the service themselves. Users are bound by and responsible for all actions taken, without the need to sign any documents. Users must verify the accuracy and completeness of any transactions, including recording, forwarding, and/or changing any related data. The company is not obligated to verify the accuracy or completeness of the data, as well as any other related details, and is not liable for any damages resulting from the user's use of the service due to user error.
3. If you access the Agrigen service by entering your password and following the steps provided in the application, regardless of whether it is done by any other person, and the user agrees or not, the user agrees to be bound by any transaction that occurs under such actions, as specified in the first paragraph in all respects. The user will not cite reasons or raise any disputes to deny responsibility to Agrigen Tech Co., Ltd. or any other person.
4. Users can apply to use the Agrigen service through the channels specified by the company. For security reasons in using the service, users must certify that they are the rightful owners of the mobile phone number used to register for the service, in accordance with the law, and consent to the service provider disclosing and sending the said mobile phone number to the company for the purpose of verifying and confirming the user's identity during the process of opening the service.
5. Users must keep their login credentials and passwords securely and prevent others from accessing them. These should be kept confidential and only known to the user. Any disclosure, consent, or involvement that leads to others knowing the mentioned codes, directly or indirectly, would be considered a violation of the relevant terms and conditions. In the event of any damage, the user shall be held responsible for such damages. Users are also allowed to change their passwords themselves according to the methods specified in the application.
6. In case the user's password or transaction tools are damaged, lost, or stolen, the user must immediately notify the company at the phone number 061-741-9371 or any other number provided by the company, according to the relevant terms and conditions, in order for the company to cancel the Agrigen service.
7. The user certifies that any images, symbols, or trademarks that the user imports or displays in the Agrigen application or transmits through any Agrigen service belong to the user or that the user has the legal right to use them and that they do not infringe, violate, or contravene any laws, regulations, or ethics and do no harm to the public. The user is solely responsible for any damages that occur, whether such damages occur to the company or to any third party, and the company shall not be held liable for any infringement of intellectual property rights, copyrights, logos, trade names, and/or service marks of any individual.
8. The user agrees that the company is only a service provider for Agrigen to facilitate convenience for the user. The company has no responsibility, participation, or involvement with any other individuals related to the user under the Agrigen service, whether directly or indirectly. If the user has any disputes, conflicts, and/or claims with any other individual, the user agrees to handle, assert, or pursue such matters on their own.
9. The company agrees to be liable to the user in the event that the company violates or fails to comply with the user's instructions, resulting in harm to the user.
Data Collection and Usage
1.1. Agrigen Tech may collect and store the following types of data:
- Personal information: Name, contact details, location, and other details provided or registered by the user.
- Farm-related data: Data on the quantity of raw milk received and delivered, including summarized data on raw milk receipts and deliveries, financial and accounting data (income and expenses), such as loan agreement data, savings data, household equity data, etc. This also includes details of the farm's location, farm-related images, and user access and location information.
1.2. The collected data will be used for the following purposes:
- Facilitate farm management and related activities among dairy farmers and dairy cooperatives.
- Enable communication and data sharing between dairy farmers and dairy cooperatives, making it easier for veterinary units and veterinarians of the dairy cooperatives to manage and provide assistance. Also, to facilitate dairy farmers in managing their farms.
- Improve and enhance the efficiency of products and services provided by Agrigen Tech Co., Ltd.
2.1. Agrigen Tech Co., LTD. will ensure the protection of security and data collected in the Agrigen application. User data will not be disclosed without the user's consent.
2.2. We have measures in place to ensure the appropriate security and management of your personal data, both technically and administratively, to prevent data loss, unauthorized access, destruction, alteration, modification, or disclosure of personal data without consent. These measures align with our Information Security Policy. Additionally, we have established a personal data protection policy that is publicly announced throughout the organization, along with guidelines for secure collection, use, and disclosure of personal data, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data. 1. The Agrigen application will have access to photos taken from the device's built-in camera that the user installs the application on.
2. The application will send data from the Agrigen application to the server and/or domain (www.agrigentech.wixsite.com/agrigen).
3. The Agrigen application requires Bluetooth connectivity and access to the user's network (internet) for optimal functionality.
4. Bluetooth connectivity allows the Agrigen application to interact with compatible devices and peripherals to enhance features and functionality.
5. Network access (internet) allows the Agrigen application to sync data and real-time updates, as well as access additional services.
6. The Agrigen application will have access to the devices installed by the user. This includes access to photos, videos, data recordings, locations, and Bluetooth, in order to ensure the efficient functioning of the application and to provide convenience to the users. Users can be assured that Agrigen will protect the security and confidentiality of the collected data through appropriate technical measures and organizational safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure without permission.
Consent and Withdrawal
4.1. The installation and use of the Agrigen application indicate that you consent to the collection, storage, and use of the data as stated in this form.
4.2. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by uninstalling the Agrigen application and discontinuing its use. However, please note that withdrawing consent may limit or affect the functionality and features available to users.
